The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
