The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 And therein raising dust. 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
