Al-nahl 8 of 16

And if Allah were to lay hold of mankind for their wrong-doing, not a living creature He would leave on it, but He deferreth them to a term appointed, then, when their term cometh, they cannot put it off by an hour nor anticipate it. 61 They attribute to Allah what they hate (for themselves), and their tongues assert the falsehood that all good things are for themselves: without doubt for them is the Fire, and they will be the first to be hastened on into it! 62 By God, We sent apostles to many a people before you, but Satan made their acts seem attractive to them, and he is their friend this day, and a painful torment awaits them. 63 We have not revealed to you (Prophet Muhammad) the Book except that you may clarify for them that upon which they differ, and as guidance and mercy to a nation who believe. 64 And Allah has sent down water from the cloud and therewith given life to the earth after its death; most surely there is a sign in this for a people who would listen. 65
