And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
