1/2 Hizb 54

۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 in a hidden Book 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
