Nay, by the moon, 32 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 Verily it is one of the greatest woes. 35 Warn the men. 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 Except those on the right side. 39 in Gardens they will question 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They said, “We never used to offer the prayer.” 43 And we have not been feeding the poor. 44 And plunged into useless things with those who were obstinate, 45 And we used to call the day of judgment a lie; 46 Until there came to us the certainty." 47 So, the intercession of intercessors will not avail them. 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As though they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 This will certainly never be the case! In fact, they are not afraid of the Day of Judgment. 53 No! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder 54 Then whoever wills will remember it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
