Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), proclaim the purity of your Lord, the Greatest. 52

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
