[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
