Observest thou not those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah? whither are they turning away! 69 Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, 70 When around their necks will be shackles and chains; they will be dragged. – 71 In boiling water; then in the Fire they will be filled [with flame]. 72 It will then be asked of them: 'Where are those whom you associated, 73 "Besides Allah" They will say: "They have vanished from us: Nay, we did not invoke (worship) anything before." Thus Allah leads astray the disbelievers. 74 That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently. 75 Enter ye the gates of Hell as abiders therein. Hapless is the abode of the stiff-necked. 76 So be patient [Prophet], for God's promise is true: whether We show you part of what We have promised them in this life, or cause you to die first, it is to Us that they will be recalled. 77 Verily We sent messengers before thee, among them those of whom We have told thee, and some of whom We have not told thee; and it was not given to any messenger that he should bring a portent save by Allah's leave, but when Allah's commandment cometh (the cause) is judged aright, and the followers of vanity will then be lost. 78
