Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
