So I swear by what you see 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
