Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts 1 By the raging hurricanes, 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 Then separate them, one from another, 4 By those who bring down the Reminder, 5 Whether of Justification or of Warning;- 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 Then when the stars lose their lights; 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 and the mountains scattered, 10 And when the time comes for messengers to meet -- 11 to what day shall they be delayed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 What do you know what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 15 Did We not destroy [so many of] those [sinners] of olden days? 16 And We shall let them be followed by those of later times: 17 This is how We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 which We then placed in a secure repository 21 for an appointed term? 22 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We! 23 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle. 25 Both for the living and the dead, 26 place on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water? 27 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 28 'Depart unto that which ye were wont to belie. 29 Depart into the shadow of three masses, 30 (Which yet is) no relief nor shelter from the flame. 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 as black camels. 33 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 34 This is the Day they shall not speak, 35 The heavens split asunder, 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me! 39 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
