And he whom We grant long life, We reverse him in creation (weakness after strength). Will they not then understand? 68 We have not taught (Muhammad) to versify, nor is it worthy of him. This is nothing but a reminder and illuminating discourse, 69 That it may give admonition to any (who are) alive, and that the charge may be proved against those who reject (Truth). 70 Have they not seen how that We have created for them of that Our hands wrought cattle that they own? 71 We have subjected these to them, so that some may be used for riding and some for food, 72 And they derive other advantages and drinks from them. Even then they do not offer thanks, 73 They chose idols besides God in the hope of receiving help from them, but they will not be able to help them. 74 They have not the power to help them: but they will be brought up (before Our Judgment-seat) as a troop (to be condemned). 75 Muhammad, let not their words annoy you. We certainly know whatever they conceal or reveal. 76 Does not man see We created him from a drop of semen? Even then he becomes an open contender, 77 And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? 78 Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing." 79 who has made for you out of the green tree fire and lo, from it you kindle.' 80 And is it not possible for the One Who created the heavens and the earth to create the likes of them? It is surely possible, why not? And He is the Great Creator, the All Knowing of everything. 81 His affair, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: be, and it becometh. 82 So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back. 83
