We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
