Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 (Allah) said: "Respite then is granted thee- 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 He said: Then by Thy Might I will surely make them live an evil life, all, 82 Save Thy single-minded slaves among them. 83 [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
