(And recount to them the story of Moses) when Moses said to his servant: "I will journey on until I reach the point where the two rivers meet, though I may march on for ages." 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 And when the twain had passed by, he said unto his page: bring us our morning-meal, assuredly we have met from this journey of ours, toil 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 Said he, 'This is what we were seeking!' And so they returned upon their tracks, retracing them. 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 [The other] answered: "Behold, thou wilt never be able to have patience with me 67 "How can you remain patient with that which you do not fully understand?" 68 Moses said, "If God wishes, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey any of your orders." 69 He said: Well, if thou go with me, ask me not concerning aught till I myself make mention of it unto thee. 70
