It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Ask them: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92
