No, by the moon! 32 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions] 35 A warning for people -- 36 To any of you that chooses to press forward, or to follow behind;- 37 Every soul is pledged to what it does, 38 Except those on the right side. 39 In Gardens they will question 40 and will ask of the criminals, 41 'What thrusted you into Sakar?' 42 They shall say, 'We were not of those who prayed, and 43 and we did not feed the poor; 44 And we have been wading with the waders. 45 "And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 Till death overtook us. 47 Then there will not profit them intercesion of the interceders. 48 What is the matter with people that they are turning away from this Exhortation, 49 As if they were affrighted asses, 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 No, indeed, surely, this is a Reminder. 54 so whoever wills shall remember it. 55 And they will not receive admonition unless Allah wills; He (Allah) is the One, deserving that mankind should be afraid of, and should be dutiful to Him, and should not take any Ilah (God) along with Him, and He is the One Who forgives (sins). 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
