And the trumpet shall be blown, and lo! from the tombs unto their Lord they shall be hastening. 51 "Woe betide us!" they will say, "Who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what the Lord of Mercy promised: the messengers spoke the truth! 52 There would be naught but a single cry, when lo! they shall all be brought before Us; 53 Then, on that Day, not a soul will be wronged in the least, and ye shall but be repaid the meeds of your past Deeds. 54 Indeed, the people of Paradise will be busy enjoying themselves: 55 They and their wives will be in pleasant shade, reclining on thrones. 56 therein they have fruits, and they have all that they call for. 57 peace and fulfillment through the word of a Sustainer who dispenses all grace. 58 [Then He will say], "But stand apart today, you criminals. 59 ۞ “O Descendants of Adam! Did I not take a covenant from you that you shall not worship the devil? Undoubtedly, he is your open enemy.” 60 But that ye worship Me? That was the right path. 61 And yet assuredly he hath led astray of you a great multitude. Wherefore reflect ye not? 62 Yonder is Hell, which ye were promised. 63 Burn therein this Day, for that you used to disbelieve. 64 This Day We set a seal on their mouths and their hands speak to Us, and their feet will testify to their earnings. 65 If it had been Our will, We could have put out their eyes. They would have struggled to find the way, but how could they have seen it? 66 If it had been Our will, We could have paralysed them where they stood, so that they would not be able to go forward or turn back. 67
