Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and removed your burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
