And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
