Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
