No, by the moon! 32 By the night when it departs. 33 and the morning when it appears, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; 38 Save those who will stand on the right hand. 39 In Gardens they will question 40 Of evil-doers: 41 "What has brought you into hell-fire?" 42 They will answer: "We did not fulfil our devotional obligations, 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 "And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 Till the Inevitable came unto us. 47 So there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors. 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 like frightened donkeys 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 Nay! But they fear not the Hereafter (from Allah's punishment). 53 Nay, this surely is an admonition: 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 But none will keep it in remembrance except as Allah wills: He is the Lord of Righteousness, and the Lord of Forgiveness. 56
