The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the illustrious Book. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
