See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
