The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
