[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 On the contrary, they said the same as what the former people used to say. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say, “In Whose hand is the control over all things, and He provides refuge, and none can provide refuge against Him, if you know?” 88 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'How then are you bewitched? 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
