So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
