Al-Jaatheyah 3 of 4

God created the heavens and the earth in truth, and that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned; they shall not be wronged. 22 Have you seen he who took his desire for a god? With knowledge, Allah has led him astray, setting a seal upon his hearing and heart, and has made a veil over his eyes, who then shall guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember! 23 And they say: There is nothing but our life in this world; we live and die and nothing destroys us but time, and they have no knowledge of that; they only conjecture. 24 And when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, their only contention is: “Bring back to us our fathers if you are truthful.” 25 Say: 'Allah revives you and causes you to die. Then, He shall gather you on the Day of Resurrection, and of this there is no doubt, yet most people do not know' 26
