Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah; unto Him belongeth Sovereignty and unto Him belongeth praise, and He is Able to do all things. 1 It is He who created you, and among you is the disbeliever, and among you is the believer. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing. 2 He created the heavens and the earth for a purpose. He formed you and gave you the best of forms. To Him you shall all return. 3 He knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. And Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts. 4 Has the news of the unbelievers of the past not reached you? (They disbelieved) and then tasted its evil consequence. A grievous chastisement awaits them. 5 That was because there came to them their Messengers with clear proofs (signs), but they said: "Shall mere men guide us?" So they disbelieved and turned away (from the truth), and Allah was not in need (of them). And Allah is Rich (Free of all wants), Worthy of all praise. 6 The disbelievers pretend that they will never be resurrected (for the Account). Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Yes! By my Lord, you will certainly be resurrected, then you will be informed of (and recompensed for) what you did, and that is easy for Allah. 7 So believe in Allah and His messenger and the light which We have revealed. And Allah is Informed of what ye do. 8 On the day that He will gather you for the day of gathering, that is the day of loss and gain; and whoever believes in Allah and does good, He will remove from him his evil and cause him to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide therein forever; that is the great achievement. 9 But as for those who are bent on denying the truth and on giving the lie to Our messages - they are destined for the fire, therein to abide: and how vile a journey's end! 10
