O People who Believe! Seek help from patience and prayer; indeed Allah is with those who patiently endure. 153 And say not of those who are killed in the Way of Allah, "They are dead." Nay, they are living, but you perceive (it) not. 154 And We will surely test you with some fear and hunger, and with paucity of wealth and lives and crops; and give glad tidings to those who patiently endure. – 155 Who say when assailed by adversity: "Surely we are for God, and to Him we shall return." 156 It is they who will receive blessings and mercy from God and who follow the right guidance. 157 ۞ Safah and Marwah are the waymarks of Allah. Whoever performs the pilgrimage to the House or the visit, there shall be no guilt on him to circumambulate between both of them. And whoever volunteers good, Allah is Thankful, the Knower. 158 Verily, those who conceal the clear proofs, evidences and the guidance, which We have sent down, after We have made it clear for the people in the Book, they are the ones cursed by Allah and cursed by the cursers. 159 save such as repent and make amends, and show clearly -- towards them I shall turn; I turn, All-compassionate. 160 Surely those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers, these it is on whom is the curse of Allah and the angels and men all; 161 They will abide therein (under the curse in Hell), their punishment will neither be lightened, nor will they be reprieved. 162 And your god is one God. There is no deity [worthy of worship] except Him, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. 163
