Keep the prayer established, from the declining of the sun until darkness of the night, and the Qur’an at dawn; indeed the angels witness the reading of the Qur’an at dawn. 78 And in some parts of the night (also) offer the Salat (prayer) with it (i.e. recite the Quran in the prayer), as an additional prayer (Tahajjud optional prayer Nawafil) for you (O Muhammad SAW). It may be that your Lord will raise you to Maqaman Mahmuda (a station of praise and glory, i.e. the highest degree in Paradise!). 79 Say, "Lord, grant me an honourable entrance and an honourable exit, and sustain me with Your power." 80 And say: "Truth has (now) arrived, and Falsehood perished: for Falsehood is (by its nature) bound to perish." 81 And We reveal of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to the believers, and it adds only to the perdition of the unjust. 82 And when We make life pleasant unto man, he turneth away and is averse; and when ill toucheth him he is in despair. 83 Say: Every one acts according to his manner; but your Lord best knows who is best guided in the path. 84
