And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, "I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period." 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 Moses asked his young companion when they crossed this point, "Bring us our food; the journey has made us tired." 62 He said, 'What thinkest thou? When we took refuge in the rock, then I forgot the fish-and it was Satan himself that made me forget it so that I should not remember it -- and so it took its way into the sea in a manner marvellous.' 63 Said he, 'This is what we were seeking!' And so they returned upon their tracks, retracing them. 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him, "May I follow you, so that you may guide me by what you have been taught?" 66 He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me! 67 'For how can you bear patiently with that which you have never encompassed in your knowledge' 68 He said, 'Yet thou shalt find me, if God will, patient; and I shall not rebel against thee in anything.' 69 He said: "Well, if you follow me, do not ask me concerning anything until I myself mention it to you." 70
