Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
(On the day) when the sun is made to cease shining, 1 And when the stars fall, dispersing, 2 And when the hills are moved, 3 when the pregnant camels shall be neglected, 4 when the savage beasts shall be brought together, 5 And when the seas shall be filled, 6 and when all human beings are coupled [with their deeds,] 7 and when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 For what crime she was killed; 9 when the scrolls are unrolled, 10 And when the heaven shall be stripped off and taken away from its place; 11 when Hell is set ablaze, 12 And Paradise brought near, 13 then every soul will discover the consequence of its deeds. 14 So verily I call to witness the planets - that recede, 15 And by the planets that move swiftly and hide themselves, 16 by the night swarming, 17 And the Dawn as it breathes away the darkness;- 18 This is indeed the recitation of an honoured Noble Messenger. (Angel Jibreel – peace and blessings be upon him.) 19 [Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position], 20 With authority there, (and) faithful to his trust. 21 And your companion is not insane. 22 He certainly saw him (Gabriel) high up on the horizon in his original form 23 he is not grudging of the Unseen. 24 Nor is this [message] the word of any satanic force accursed. 25 Whither then go ye? 26 Verily, this (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder to (all) the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 27 for everyone of you who wishes to follow the Straight Way; 28 but your wishing will not avail unless Allah, the Lord of the Universe, so wishes. 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
