Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the sky is split, 1 And when the stars fall, scattering, 2 And when the seas are erupted 3 And when the Graves are turned upside down;- 4 (Then) shall each soul know what it hath sent forward and (what it hath) kept back. 5 O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, 6 who created you, formed you and proportioned you? 7 In whatever form He willed has He assembled you. 8 No indeed; (the fact is that) you deny the Reckoning, declaring it a lie; 9 yet there are over you watchers 10 Kind and honourable,- Writing down (your deeds): 11 Who know (all) that ye do. 12 the virtuous will dwell in bliss, 13 whereas, behold, the wicked will indeed be in a blazing fire 14 which they will enter on the Day of Judgment 15 And will not be removed from it. 16 What will make you realize what the Day of Judgement will be? 17 Again, what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
