1/2 Hizb 35

Messengers! Partake of the things that are clean, and act righteously. I know well all that you do. 51 And verily this religion of yours is one religion, and I am your Lord, so fear Me. 52 But then they divided up their order into different creeds, each section rejoicing in what it had come to have. 53 So leave them in their error for a time. 54 Do they think that by increasing their wealth and children 55 We are hastening to reward them for good deeds? No. They do not comprehend. 56 Surely those who tremble in fear of their Lord 57 who believe in the verses of their Lord; 58 Who do not associate any one with their Lord, 59 And those who dispense their charity with their hearts full of fear, because they will return to their Lord;- 60 it is these who hasten to do good works and vie in so doing with one another. 61 We charge no soul with more than it can bear. We have a record which clearly shows the truth and they will not be wronged. 62 On the contrary, their hearts are in neglect of this and their works are different than those of the believers, the works that they are doing. 63 But when We will strike with torment those (unbelievers) who are rich, they will start to cry for help. 64 Supplicate not this day! Assuredly ye will not be helped by Us. 65 My signs were recited to you, but upon your heels you withdrew, 66 In arrogance; talking nonsense about the Quran, and left him like one telling fables by night. 67 Did they never ponder over this Word (of God)? Or has he (to wit, the Messenger) brought something the like of which did not come to their forefathers of yore? 68 Or did they not recognise their Messenger and so denied him? 69 Or do they say, "He is possessed"? Nay, he has brought them the Truth, but most of them hate the Truth. 70 And if the Truth had followed their desires, verily the heavens and the earth and whosoever is therein had been corrupted. Nay, We have brought them their Reminder, but from their Reminder they now turn away. 71 Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask them for payment? But the reward of your Lord is best, and He is the best of providers. 72 And indeed, you invite them to a straight path. 73 And verily, those who believe not in the Hereafter are indeed deviating far astray from the Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). 74 ۞ Though We had mercy on them and relieved them of the harm afflicting them, they still would wander blindly on in their contumacy. 75 And We had gripped them with suffering [as a warning], but they did not yield to their Lord, nor did they humbly supplicate, [and will continue thus] 76 Until when We have opened before them a door of severe punishment, immediately they will be therein in despair. 77
