Do you not consider those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah - how are they averted? 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 When, with (iron) collars and chains around their necks, they will be dragged 71 into the boiling water, then into the Fire they are poured; 72 Then it will be said to them: "Where are (all) those whom you used to join in worship as partners 73 Besides Allah? They shall say: They are gone away from us, nay, we used not to call upon anything before. Thus does Allah confound the unbelievers. 74 That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently. 75 "Enter ye the gates of Hell, to dwell therein: and evil is (this) abode of the arrogant!" 76 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall be returned. 77 Verily We sent messengers before thee, among them those of whom We have told thee, and some of whom We have not told thee; and it was not given to any messenger that he should bring a portent save by Allah's leave, but when Allah's commandment cometh (the cause) is judged aright, and the followers of vanity will then be lost. 78
