۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 And burning in hell. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
