Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
