Al-Nesaa 14 of 24
When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls, they say: "In what (plight) Were ye?" They reply: "Weak and oppressed Were we in the earth." They say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (From evil)?" Such men will find their abode in Hell,- What an evil refuge! - 97 But excepted shall be the truly helpless - be they men or women or children - who cannot bring forth any strength and have not been shown the right way: 98 So for such, it is likely that Allah will pardon them; and Allah is Most Pardoning, Oft Forgiving. 99 ۞ And whoever flies in Allah's way, he will find in the earth many a place of refuge and abundant resources, and whoever goes forth from his house flying to Allah and His Apostle, and then death overtakes him, his reward is indeed with Allah and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 100
