Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 So wait for your Lord's command, and do not follow any sinner or disbeliever among them. 24 and glorify your Lord morning and evening; 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord. 29 But you will not unless God wills; surely God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 30 He maketh whomsoever He listeth to enter His mercy. And the wrong-doers! for them He hath gotten ready a torment afflective. 31
