The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
