8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
YOU ARE OBSESSED by greed for more and more 1 until you go down to your graves. 2 You shall know. 3 Indeed you will come to know soon. 4 Nay! If you knew with a sure knowledge (the end result of piling up, you would not have occupied yourselves in worldly things) 5 Surely ye shall behold the Scorch. 6 And again, you shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then on that day you shall most certainly be questioned about the boons. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
