Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
