What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
