And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers, and made all things grow upon it balanced evenly. 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
