Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
So whoever does some good deeds, and is a believer, then his efforts will not be ignored; and We are recording it. 94 And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return. 95 Even when Gog and Magog are let loose and they shall break forth from every elevated place. 96 and the time for the fulfilment of the true promise of Allah draws near, whereupon the eyes of those who disbelieved will stare in fear, and they will say: "Woe to us, we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we were wrongdoers." 97 Verily ye, (unbelievers), and the (false) gods that ye worship besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! to it will ye (surely) come! 98 If those [false objects of your worship] had truly been divine, they would not have been destined for it: but [as it is, you] all shall abide therein!" 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 But those for whom a good reward had been fore-ordained by Us, will be far removed from it, 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day,- (the Day) that ye were promised." 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 And verily we have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder: My righteous slaves will inherit the earth: 105 Indeed, in this [Qur'an] is notification for a worshipping people. 106 We have not sent thee, save as a mercy unto all beings. 107 Say: "This is what has been revealed to me: 'Your God is one and only God.' So will you bow in homage to Him?" 108 Then, if they should turn their backs, say: 'I have proclaimed to you all equally, even though I know not whether near or far is that you are promised.' 109 "Verily, He knows all that is said openly, just as He [alone] knows all that you would conceal. 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 He saith: my Lord! judge Thou with truth. And our Lord is the Compassionate Whose help is to be sought against that which ye utter. 112
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
