۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
