▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Therefore whoever shall do of good deeds and he is a believer, there shall be no denying of his exertion, and surely We will write (It) down for him. 94 It is imperative that a habitation We have destroyed will not desist (from unbelief) 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 And the true promise shall draw nigh, then lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be fixedly open: O woe to us! surely we were in a state of heedlessness as to this; nay, we were unjust. 97 (They will be told): "Verily you and the gods you worshipped beside Allah are the fuel of Hell. All of you are bound to arrive there. 98 Had these been gods, they would not have gone down thereunto; and all of them therein shall be abiders. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 Those for whom the good (record) from Us has gone before, will be removed far therefrom. 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 The greatest fear will not aggrieve them, and the angels will welcome them; saying “This is your day, which you were promised.” 103 On the day when We shall roll up heaven as a scroll is rolled for the writings; as We originated the first creation, so We shall bring it back again -- a promise binding on Us; so We shall do. 104 And certainly We wrote in the Book after the reminder that (as for) the land, My righteous servants shall inherit it. 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 Say, "My Lord, judge with truth. Our Lord is the Gracious One whose help we seek against what you utter." 112
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
