Say, (O Prophet): “I call on my Lord alone, and I do not associate aught with Him in His Divinity.” 20 Say: Lo! I control not hurt nor benefit for you. 21 Say, "No one can protect me from God, nor can I find any place of refuge but with him. 22 My duty is only to convey that which I receive from Him and His messages." For those who disobey God and His Messenger there is the fire of hell, wherein they will abide forever. 23 Till, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who it is that is weaker concerning helpers and less important concerning numbers. 24 Say: 'I do not know whether that which you are promised is near, or whether my Lord will set for it a time. 25 "He (alone) knows the Unseen, nor does He make any one acquainted with His Mysteries,- 26 Save unto every messenger whom He hath chosen, and then He maketh a guard to go before him and a guard behind him 27 "That He may know that they have (truly) brought and delivered the Messages of their Lord: and He surrounds (all the mysteries) that are with them, and takes account of every single thing." 28
